Use of the system is subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable third-party service policies.

UPLEAP provides tools for managing and handling leads, conversations, messages, business service settings and AI-assisted workflows for service providers.

The system may include lead intake, status management, message records, WhatsApp/Meta integrations, conversation summaries, suggested replies and automated assistance.

Some responses, summaries or actions may be generated by AI. Automated output is not guaranteed to be fully accurate and does not guarantee business results.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of business details, services, prices, service areas, working hours, permissions and rules they configure.

A person acting on behalf of a business represents that they are authorized to represent and bind that business, provide information on its behalf and connect relevant digital assets.

Customers must have the legal authority to connect Meta, WhatsApp, phone numbers, lead data and business information to the system.

Users are responsible for protecting their login methods and must promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

The system may not be used for spam, impersonation, harassment, prohibited content, privacy violations, unauthorized access or unlawful activity.

The system may rely on infrastructure providers, databases, email providers, messaging providers, Meta/WhatsApp and AI services.

WhatsApp and Meta use is subject to Meta and WhatsApp policies, approvals, limitations and availability. UPLEAP does not claim partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Meta.

Payment, cancellation and refund terms are defined in the relevant offer, agreement or customer communication. This document does not create a price plan that was not agreed separately.

UPLEAP may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner, and continued use after the effective date will constitute acceptance, subject to applicable law.

UPLEAP may limit, suspend or terminate access where there is suspected abuse, security risk, policy violation, legal violation or third-party platform requirement.

UPLEAP software, design, workflows, documents and general content are protected by intellectual property rights, except for customer-provided content and data.

UPLEAP does not promise uninterrupted availability, absolute security, zero errors, closed deals, revenue, profit or any specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UPLEAP’s liability is limited to reasonable direct damages. UPLEAP will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm or actions of third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction will be determined under applicable Israeli law, subject to any specific agreement between the parties.
