UPLEAP may process system user details such as name, role, phone number, verified email address, permissions, session identifiers and login activity.

UPLEAP may process business information such as business name, services, service areas, working hours, agent settings, leads, messages, statuses and activity records.

Where Meta/WhatsApp services are connected, the system may process provider identifiers, Phone Number ID, WABA ID, messages, statuses, webhook events and technical integration data.

Information is used to operate the service, authenticate users, manage leads, handle messages, run AI-assisted workflows, provide support, secure the system and comply with applicable requirements.

AI may be used to generate summaries, suggested replies, classifications or operational assistance.

For lead and end-customer data submitted or connected by a business customer, UPLEAP may act as a processor for that business. The business customer is responsible for the lawful basis for collecting, processing and communicating with those leads and customers.

Information may be provided by users, customers, lead forms, connected systems, Meta/WhatsApp webhooks and service infrastructure.

Relevant services include Hostinger for hosting and server infrastructure, DeepSeek for AI processing when classification, summaries, suggested replies or AI agent features are active, Resend for email OTP delivery, and Meta/WhatsApp where an official connection is enabled. Evolution may be used as a legacy communication integration in limited cases and is not described as a separate external subprocessor.

UPLEAP does not sell personal information. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role: Hostinger may store or process data as part of server hosting; DeepSeek may process content sent to the AI engine; Resend processes email addresses and OTP delivery data; Meta/WhatsApp process phone numbers, messages and technical identifiers when the official connection is enabled. These services may process information outside Israel according to their infrastructure and policies.

UPLEAP applies access controls, permission separation, credential encryption where relevant, session management and operational safety processes. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Data is retained as needed for service operation, support, security, abuse prevention, accounting or legal obligations.

Requests to access, correct, export or delete information can be submitted in the system or by contacting SERVICE@UPLEAP.co.il.

User deletion and business workspace deletion are separate flows and may require owner permission and re-authentication.

The service is not intended for independent use by minors. Do not knowingly submit information about minors without proper authority and a suitable lawful basis.
